Now considered one of the Best Outdoor Festivals

This year's walking festival is now over and was the best festival so far. The festival attracted over 650 individuals over the nine days. They bought 1105 walk tickets between them for the 66 guided walks on offer.

The 2009 walking festival will be from Thursday 30th April to Friday 8th May inclusive.

About half of those who came to the festival were tourists, making a nice mix of locals and tourists on each walk.

Walk the South West Coast Path, including Evening Meal Speakers

This walking holiday along the South West Coast Path proved to be very popular. The 16 walkers enjoyed being guided along the coast path with transport to and from each days walk. They are planning to return to do the next section. This holiday will be repeated in the 2009 festival. For more information click here .
